Enjoy a Steam Sauna where oxygen is filtered into the chamber, reaching temperatures of up to 100 - 110 degrees Fahrenheit. During the sauna session, the chamber doors are closed, allowing the oxygen to penetrate your body as the steam opens your pores, causing you to sweat. The session lasts for 30 minutes and often black residue remains on the towels at the end of the sessions due to the detoxification process.
